Mobility Classes in Beaverton

If you’re wondering what sets a mobility class at Monstro Fitness apart, let’s break it down. A mobility class with us is not your typical workout; it’s not about heavyweights, Olympic lifts, or sets and reps. It’s not the same as a CrossFit session with grueling cleans, snatches, or deadlifts. Instead, our mobility class is all about fluid, purposeful movement. It’s about getting your heart rate up and combining it with resistance to unlock your full potential.
